Using Outfitly.AI Like a Pro

1. Terms

By using the Outfitly.AI mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using the app. The content within Outfitly.AI is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Outfitly.AI for personal wardrobe management and outfit styling. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

- Use the app to catalog your wardrobe and receive AI-powered outfit suggestions;
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Under this license you may not:

- Resell or redistribute any app features, AI models, or content;
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the app’s code or algorithms;
- Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content (e.g., malware);
- Remove or alter Outfitly.AI branding or copyright notices via custom means.

This license terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions and may be terminated by Outfitly.AI at any time. Upon termination, you must delete the app and any related data from your device.

3. Disclaimer

Outfitly.AI is provided 'as is.' We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or results of the app’s AI suggestions or features.

4. Limitations

Outfitly.AI and its suppliers are not liable for damages (e.g., data loss or styling errors) arising from app use or inability to use it, even if notified of potential issues. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they might not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

Content in Outfitly.AI (e.g., outfit suggestions, wardrobe scans) may contain errors. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency and may update the app without notice, with no commitment to maintain past versions.

6. Links

Outfitly.AI may link to external sites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and linking doesn’t imply endorsement. Use them at your own risk.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use Outfitly.AI, you agree to the current version of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, Delaware state. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state.

9. Data Usage

Outfitly.AI collects wardrobe data, style preferences, location (with permission), and weather data to provide personalized outfit suggestions. We don’t sell this data or use it beyond app functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for technical issues we can’t resolve. Outfitly.AI offers free features to try before any purchase—please test them first.

11. Processing

Payments are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle manages customer service and returns.

12. Miscellaneous

By using Outfitly.AI, you agree we may showcase your anonymized outfit styles as examples of app usage. Branding can only be adjusted within app settings, not removed via custom means.

13. Pricing Plans

Pricing may change at any time, including costs or feature limits. We’ll strive to keep changes fair and notify users where possible.

14. Signing Up

By creating an account, you agree your anonymized usage may be featured in our social media or newsletters. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime.
